Terms and Conditions

All customers must supply their own bedlinen.

If you wish to only book a weekend. Please call the number below with possible dates.

Bookings must be confirmed in writing, please email us using our contacts page, or email us on:

enquiry@summerbreezeiow.co.uk.

All bookings require a 25% deposit, which is non-refundable, this will cover all cleaning costs upon leaving.

Any damages will be billed separately.

The balance is required to be paid at least 28 days before the start of your holiday.

All payments made, come with a receipt and contract, which must be signed and sent back before the entrance to the chalet.
